Some things to think about:
1) Come see Mr. Apt and get your iPod Video tickets. Tickets must be sold by the first week of March so we can have a mid-March drawing.
2) We need to submit all individual special travel requests.
3) Get me a copy of your passport photo page (color if possible) as I need to "confirm that all your participants names are spelled correctly on your Group Status Report and exactly as they appear on their passports". The copies will also accompany us on our trip ... just in case!
4) Submit payment if you choose to purchase EF's All-Inclusive Insurance plan ( I am ).
5) In two weeks we need to submit rooming arrangements for adults and student upgrades in our group.
